SHIPPING

  1. How much does standard shipping cost? The rate for standard shipping varies depending on the number of items ordered.

  2. How long will it take for me to receive my items? Items are estimated to deliver within 2-3 business days after they have been shipped. This is the In-transit time only and does not include the processing time of 2-3 business days. To guarantee delivery within 1-2 business days, we suggest you use Express shipping. 

  3. Do you offer express shipping? Yes! If express shipping is desired, please elect the option at checkout. All orders that are shipped Express are guaranteed to deliver within 1-2 business days. This is the In-transit Time only and does not include the processing time of 2-3 business days.

  4. How much does it cost to ship my items express? The rate for express shipping varies depending on the weight of the item(s) ordered. This express shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

  5. How do I know when my order has shipped? When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has fully processed you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain tracking details for the package. You will receive an additional email once your item(s) have been delivered.

  1. Do you have a size guide? The sizing of each product varies. Please refer to the description of the product for details on fit and sizing.

 RETURNS

  1. Can I exchange an item(s)? A Dime A Dynasty will gladly offer store credit for the return of any regularly priced merchandise. All Sale items are final! We welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Process and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued.

  2. How long does the Return Process take? Once your return is processed, we will issue you a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card within 3-5 business days. Your store credit will be in the amount of the purchased price of the returned item(s) only. 

  3. Do you provide return shipping labels? We DO NOT provide prepaid return shipping labels. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). This includes the shipping cost to return the item(s) to the return address, as well as the shipping costs for shipment of the new items. 

  4. It has been over 21 days. Can I still return my order? A Dime A Dynasty requires items to be returned within 21 days of receipt of the item(s). Any items returned after 21 days of the delivery date are not eligible for any type of refund. Please refer to our full ‘Return Policy’ tab for more information. 

 ORDERS

  1. How do I change or cancel my order? Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or canceled. Processing for all orders will take at least 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

  2. What Payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and store credit via A Dime A Dynasty E-Gift Cards
